Hello

My name is Mrs. Johnson and on July 11th we had a repair person come over our house to fix a GE Microwave. He fixed the problem, but in the process he broke the front panel of our microwave. I have left 2 messages and each time we are told that someone will call us back, to no avail. I called again today and a person who identify himself as a "manager" told me that he could scheduled another appointment from 8am to 5pm so someone can come and verify that the panel is broken. Now grant you that the original appointment was on July 10th from 8am to 5pm and I waited until 3pm when someone called us to tell us that the repair person had gone home sick and that we would have to reschedule for the following day. So, I am sure you understand my hesitation to have to wait another 9 hour window to have someone come verify the damage done to the microwave that originally was supposed to be repaired.

I feel that we should be given a set appointment, that would be the least Sears could do for the many inconvenient already experienced.
