Washer dryer complaints

I bought a commercial washer and dryer from brandsmart usa not less than 2 weeks after purchase the washer breaks.
I called in for service and a man called walter came out to fix it and said it was fixex and after her left the washer continued with the same problem.
I called service again and waited nagain for some one to come out and they said that they needed to order a part on dec 21 well it is dec 29 and the part is still not in. I call customer relations on dec 28 and spoke to ashley that said they would give me a replacement which turned out to be false. They also said my part was supposed to be in on dec28 and still no part has arrived and the customer service in parts is very poor.
If some one could help me please i would really appreciate it thanks.
