Samsung stackable washer (model#P801800)

I purchased a stackable washer/dryer 4 yrs. Ago thru home depot. Last month ithey broke down. I called T&D appliances service for repair. It took them 1 month to finally get the part for the dryer and the washer supposedly samsung is not providing the part for needed. One mth. Later my tenant is running back & forth to the laundromat and still no working waser. The original part needed (belt)#6602-0010-72. Samsung supposedley says that their replacement part works which is #6602-0014-94-this absolutely will not fit (as per the appl. Service co. Meanwhile no washer & a few hundred dollars in repairs and I continue to get the run around. I just left a message to Samsunf@1-800-726-8964. What kind of products do these people mfg.? I've got a mytag and my other rental unit has a Kenmore for over 12 yrs. Never needed any service. Imagine being without a machine for over 1 month no end in sight. Can you please follow up for me.
