Mike Frisby Fraud

Mike Frisby and I signed a contract back in May for 2 complete HVAC units to be installed in my home. After the contract he requested to be paid in full before starting work and that should have been the time to cancel. I rejected the request and we kept to the work completion clause. He ran the lines and installed the units but we waited for electrical to finish. 8 weeks ago I called him to finish the installation and balance the system and he won't return the calls. The Air portion has been working but when I switched to heat for this morning neither system would run. I've called another company to fix it tomorrow. I plan on suing him for their charges. Do NOT EVER call this company it was fraud because he knew he would never honor his warranty or complete installation.
