First american home buyers protection plan fails to provide service contracted ripoff

I had no heat in my home. First American sent out a heating technician 11/23/05, who had installed a new heat/AC unit under the First American contract. The new units (I am told) pull just enough more power than the old units did causing the electrical breaker to fail. The technician provided a report to First American on 11/25, after I called First American in the morning. On 11/28 I called First American for service because I have no heat over the weekend. I was told the account was placed with Alstate Electric and given a phone number for the contractor. No one answered the phone during that day and no one from the contractor called me. On 11/29, I called insisting that my service be made an emergency as I am a cancer patient and was told I would receive service from Alstate Electric that day and again could reach no one at the number given to me for Allstate (after reverifying the number several times). I heard from no one. On 11/20 I called at 9am, 10:30am, 2:30 pm, 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm. On each phone call I was told that I would be rceiving service that day. On the 6:30 pm call, I was told that the First American rep had talked to the technician and he would be calling me soon. At 7:15 pm another rep called me back, told me the tech had missed the 3 appointments before mine and could not be reached by phone. I asked to speak to a supervisor who said I would receive service today 12/1. When I called in at 8:15 am today, I was told it was with dispatch. At 10:00 am I was told the service was being placed with Clements Electric and given a phone number. When I called them, they had no work order and no record of the request for service for me. I called First American back and was put off by the rep, asked to speak to a supervisor who told me no service would take place today. Clements Electric would come out tomorrow. I asked to speak to a Manager and have received no call back. I do not know what it takes to get heat in my house per the terms of my contract with First American.in the meantime, I have no heat and am beginning to get sick.
