I purchased a whirlpool washer on 12/11/10 from american t.V. It was a floor model &I was told there was nothing wrong with it & I had the full manufactures warranty which I do have. The machine seemed a little loud but I thought since it was only a $325.00 machine thats the way it ran. Since I got it I have had 5 service calls for repair and 6th called in today. The transmission has been replaced twice the motor once &the timer once. Now once again it does not work & its saturday and the senior service tech cannot contact until me Monday. I estimate in the 7 months that I have had it 1 month it has been broke. Mitch at customer at customer service &I use that term only because because thats her title said all she could do was submit it to the senior tech. I am very dissatisfied with american t.V. &their customer service.
