I visited the Ground Shop for flooring on September 24. I had been informed my the salesman Ronnie that people could be acquiring our rug on the hurry. He also informed us they might consider the previous rug with them, and that's why we purchased the more costly rug with them, in the place of a few of the other areas that people have been to.

He got the next Wednesday and guaranteed us again, that people might have the rug by Friday, Mon in the newest.

Well, Monday arrived and went without any term in the Ground Shop. I named on Thursday where I had been placed on store twice to get a lengthy period after which the 3rd period I had been informed my rug could be in on Friday. I never obtained a telephone call from their store on Thursday, and so I eventually needed to get into the shop to obtain a solution. I had been informed that my rug might LASTLY be mounted 24 hours later.

The men appear 24 hours later (nearly per week later than guaranteed) and inform me that they're not getting the previous rug together. I contact The Ground Shop and have for Ronnie, he is not in by they inform me the manger Eric will-call me back.

Eric calls again about 20 minutes later, and not just was he completely ineffective and unhelpful, he continued the fake and condescend me throughout the length of the telephone phone. After I named him on this conduct, he got angry, and totally unpleasant.

Moral of the tale PREVENT THE FLOOR SHOP!!! They guarantee you issues and do not follow-through, they're more costly and RUDE!!! They handle their clients like they do not matter!!!
