Install carpet review - Carpet

I bought this carpet from you in November. They glued the carpet to the floor. After a couple of months, the carpet started coming off of the floor and started making waves. I called them and reported the problem. A guy came to fix it. But it didn't work the edge of the carpet came off and is raised above the floor also the part he glued again lost some threads its tearing off now. We have the receipt and the carpet had warranty I am not happy i want my money back.
