These guys did a good job on the first day. They claim to have your best interest. Bottom line - they have a strategy to use your insurance money - as much as possible to clean up. That then leaves you a limited budget to repair the home. They clearly are not looking out for your best interest. It is my belief these guys try to make you hire them to repair the home. They offer to discount the cleaning service to get the repairs. They further want you to repair the home to a lessor standard. For example, we could be in budget if you take out the hardwood floor replacement. You could go with carpet and not be over budget.

I fired them - paid them the kings ransom for the clean up they did. Found a good company to repair the home on budget with what we wanted back into the home.
