Destroyed my carpet. Ripped the seam, put a hole in it

Dr Chemdry ruined my carpet.

Their cleaning process separated the seams.

They write quality assured, but they would not take responsibility for the rip they caused. I have before and after pictures.

We tried to negotiate the repair price, and offered them the $75 for their basic repair price, but they wanted $209 PLUS a $20 fee, ON TOP of the $120 we paid them to
clean the carpet.

We did not want a refund, we wanted to PAY them for the damage their cleaning process caused.
