Insurance company destroys me financially after fire to my home

Chubb insurance company was my carrier at the time of my fire in 2006.

My agent strongly recommended builders and lied to me about their credentials. After numerous complaints to Chubb I would get a call from the builders telling me not to cry to the insurance company that it wouldn't do any good. Chubb would never come to my home to see if my reports were accurate

. I tried suing Chubb but my layers informed me that it would be cost prohibitive and I'd better put my efforts towards suing the builders. Chubb brought their own independent builder and agreed to show me his estimate to repair my home. They refused to show me his estimate. It was later subpoenaed and the repair costs were over 100,000.

They completely turned their back on me when Chubbs big claim is to put you back in the same place you were before the fire. They treated me like too bad "we didn't do the work". This after mis representing what kind of background theses builders had.

I sued the builders and won in court in Newark. I still lost over 80 thousand and cleaned out my IRA to keep my home.

After winning in court the United states bankruptcy court says I must give the money back because I received a preferential payment. THIS IS $100,000 and could make me sell my home.

I need to find a bankruptcy lawyer but two turned me away because Chubbs builder, who was their. "official estiimator", Woods restoration, also burned them for A minimum of $50,000 dollars. I was told by my Chubb rep that these guys are top notch. They Built Mr. Chubbs home in south jersey. This was a lie and I was not put in good shape after my house fire but ripped off by thieves and a supposed honorable insurance company.
