Let me tell you what kind of morals this company has. For years now GV Management / the Klinkner family has been making hudreds of thousands of dollars on innocent victims in the Minneapolis metro area. Just type the name John Klinkner or GV Management, and you can read all about the dedication and pride this company takes in their tenants. This posting is not a way for me to tell you my story, its only purpose is to try to prevent anyone out there that may be takin advantage from this man and his company. My family and I were able to learn first hand how he/they will let you get sick, and live in an unsafe living enviroment, and really not care as long as you pay the rent. When he found out the house I lived in had un-safe conditions, that made us all very sick. Our doctor told us to MOVE OUT!
This man/company has NO MORALS. He will tell you he does. But he has one thing in mind as he is making you feel all warm and fuzzy. Telling you what king of good deal he is giving you. And how he turned down another couple that want to rent the same unit/home you wantMONEY. I had a chance to talk to a few of Johns long time tenants, and they all say the same thinghe s a true slumlord. Pay him his rentand you will never hear from him. Have a problem? Tough!
Thankfully for tenants out there, many cities have laws, or codes that guys like John must follow, but are not enforced, allowing the landlord to bend the rules as much as they want.
But, misfortune is about to change. We want to start a class action suit agaist this man and all him companies to have him loose his rental license, and put him out of buiness.
