Suburban Green Cab Company Suburban Taxi Cab driver assaulting passengers in Twin Cities, owner Fred Bowen covers for the criminal driver and refuses to cooperate with Minneapolis police investigation

Suburban Taxi Cab Company, owned by Fred Bowen, managed by John McKusick and Robert E. Overcash, and located in St. Paul, Minnesota, employs one or more dangerous and extremely violent drivers who have sexually assaulted some passengers in the Twin Cities area. Owner of Suburban Taxi, Fred Bowen, has been extremely stubborn and uncooperative with investigators of the Minneapolis police sex crimes unit, who want desperately to catch this violent cab driver before he assaults yet another innocent person.

According to a recent news article from KSTP Channel 5 news, Bowen became very agitated when approached by Minneapolis Police investigators, yelling at the officers and telling them he would not cooperate or give them any information as to the identity or whereabouts of the criminal suspect cab driver or drivers employed by Suburban Taxi.

There have been several incidents of sex assaults (that were reported), perpetrated by Suburban Taxi drivers in Minneapolis. There is also a similar assault incident involving a Suburban Taxi Cab driver under investigation in West St. Paul. Police do not know if these crimes are being committed by one or several Suburban Taxi drivers.

Even the lowly Better Business Bureau of Minnesota gives Suburban Taxi Cab Company a failing "F" grade. And since it is usually near impossible for the BBB to take such a strong stand about a business, you can be certain that Suburban Taxi Cab is a particularly notorious company.

Dear complaint readers, this issue goes far and above your typical crooked business. This is a matter of SAFETY, and it is absolutely imperative that you know about this taxi company before you call for a ride. No doubt, most of the drivers out there are good people. But given that Suburban Taxi Cab Company employs one or more violent felons with histories of attacking their own customers, compounded by the fact that the owner, Fred Bowen, knowingly protects and covers for such dangerous individuals, this is cause for extreme alarm. You just don't know if you will get a good driver from Suburban Taxi, or one that will sexually attack you. It's like Russian roulette. Is it worth taking a chance of getting raped when there are many more reputable taxi cab companies in the Minneapolis / Saint Paul area you can call instead?
