Ronald Bell SLUMLORD He collects rent and does NOT do ANY maintenance on his rental properties

SLumlord will not control pests in his rental properties. Mold in his rental properties. Tenants sign lease and let any skum move in. This skum that moves in DESTROYS his real tenants property and has to pay thousands to fix their destroyed properties. All he cares is that he collects rent. Does not fix MOLD issues (only paints over mold and lets the next unsuspecting tenant move in), Pest control he never even believes there is a problem. WORMS coming up in toilets and he says that they are one mosquito larva. That is not O.K. Sample is being sent to Health Dept.

Hopefully, that will slap this slumlord with fines to get the rentals up to healthy living conditions. When questioned him about the problems he told me "to fuck him". He will not get any rent from a couple of tenants until the place is safe to live in. All he does then is evict tenants. He never fixes ANY of the health issues going on in his rentals. There are 2 disabled people in one apartment unit alone. People with both physical and internal health disabilities. He treats them like dollar signs and not people. I sure hope the health department shuts down his buildings until they are brought up to code. I for 1 will NOT pay him a penny more so I can save the cash to move out into a healthy environment.
