I have purchased a dishwasher, refridgerator, microwave, dryer, washer, stove from sears with protection agreements. We called more than a week ago because our dishwasher is leaking. The first appt we could get was 12/31. They then sent us the wrong part. My husband spent 20 min on the phone last night trying to get the right part sent. They then sent the wrong part again. I rec'd a call today that they are cancelling my appt because they overbooked. We work full time and are not available until after 5. They said they can't come then, even though they cancelled the appt that we took off from work for. The service person on the phone suggested I just wash my dishes by hand. He gave me a very hard time about speaking with someone else, and has now left me on hold for 20 min. I am very disappointed in your service.
