Man on phone was very rude & brusk. I asked to return the product (septic tank activator liquid) & he stated that we don't accept returns. You would be wasting your money returning the product. I told him I changed my mind & did not want product. I would be willing to return product & pay for postage back to him. He repeated, "We do not take returns! We have you on tape ordering the it." "If you don't pay the ivoice we will report you to a national credit collection agency".

As a small business owner myself, I questioned his "interesting business philosophy". He ignored me and asked if there was anything else. It is obvious that he deals with many upset people about his product. He is the epitomy of "Customer No Service" as Clark Howard says on his national consumer radio show.
