Beware The company doesn't accept returns! Ripoff

This company claims to be reputable company, using words like We are reputable company who has been in business since 1987 yet they don't accept returns. Do you know of any reputable company that doesn't accept returns? They do not let customers know about this policyuntil after you've bought and try to return one their products. Beware!

A wrong item was bought by mistake (Polaris Ranger 5 gallon gas holder). The product itself was not damaged in any wayin fact, it was never taken out of its original shipping box. Yet, after a through explanation of how/why the wrong product was purchased, they refused to allow for a return. Now, I'm stuck with a $100 item I can't use. To help resolve the problem, I even offered to trade the item for something I can use (of course, pay any difference), but again, they refused to cooperate.

Without a doubt, if it was known up front before the purchase that they didn't accept returns, the product would have never been purchased in the first placeso, other potential buyers, beware!

Austin Trailers and Motor Sports may have won this battle for not allowing for my return, but in the end, I'm hoping to expose their poor customer service practices, and ultimately they lose the war of lost sales.
