I ordered a trial of this product for $5.95 shipping and handling. When I did not call within the 15 days I was supposed to cancel, they charged me $59.95. I was informed that it is non-refundable.

I explained to them that I wanted to cancel whatever I had been signed up for and they stated that they had charged me for another bottle that was just shipped out. I explained to them that I did not want their product and I was going to return it. The man I spoke to was very rude and stated that they do not take returns because they do not know if the product has been tampered with. I explained to him that when it arrived at my house I would refuse the shipment and it would be returned with out tampering. He explained to me even if they received the product back this way I would not receive a refund.

When I asked what the 'free trial' was - they said that was just for 15 days from the date of the order - minus shipping time... That would give you about 3 days to try the product. So when I called to cancel the trial, I was beyond my 15 day trial almost when I received the product.

They told me that it doesn't matter that I return the product - whether I return it or not - I still get the charge.

The product did not work as they said it would and it was definitely not worth the $60 a bottle that they charge!

No where on the website does it explain a refund policy or the exact way that you will be charged for the product. I feel that I was treated unfairly and normally if a company backs it products returns are not an issue. Because returns are not accepted, it makes you wonder!

Make sure to read the fine print and even then nothing is garanteed!!!
