We've all seen all kinds of TV commercials talking about mattresses for sale. Many mattress companies who advertise on TV and radio always offer to haul off your old mattress free of charge When you buy a brand-new mattress from them. I've always wondered what happens to the old mattresses after they pick them up from your house and haul them away for you free of charge.

I am sure that many of us reading this report has been to a city dump before. Every time I've gone to the city dump to haul off yard Debris I have never seen a truck unloading a whole bunch of old used stained mattresses that stink to high heaven. A mattress that somebody slept on for several years I am sure does not have a high market value.
