Northwest Redevelopment
Gave me the run around on a broken window that came from a stress fracture that was caused by the installe

Back in Nov. 2002 I desided to have my old windows replace by Northwest Redevelopment.
Nothing went right from the start.

The installer's quality of work was substanderd. And his interaction with my childern was on the creepy side. He didn't finish cleaning up the mess he had made after he was through and it took him twice as long to do his work because of he talkitive nature and breaks.

When he was through the windows looked good (but then they are covered by a vinyl sill cover) from the outside but the inside was another matter. I have to fill in seams and broke areas
on 3/4 th of the frames.

Anyway, I notice a stress fracture had formed in the upper corner. I gave them a call and noe called me back. That was april- may. Thinking I would get a call back I when on my merry way of being a mom and working and life. No call back.

The frist small heat that happend extended the fracture into a crack that now whnt all the way down to the middle bottom of my young daughters bedroom window. It is a rather large window (63"x46 1/2" double paine / argon filled). If you look at the window from out side you can see that it is separrated somewhat from each other.

I called again and left a message. They called me back and said that they would send some over after work. No one at home saw anyone or head anyone come to check out the window. I waited and waited for a call back nothing. Time goes by...

I call again leave messAGES finally I get the head guy says something about finding warenty on window. I wait. More time goes by. I call leave messages. One message I left said that I was going to report them to the B.B.B.

Happy day that got them going Yay I thought I'm going to get this window replaced. They said that they would go ahead and fix the window. Well, as of October NO WINDOW. No nothing.

It is now March I'v left another message
about a week or so ago. Said something about their follow through. I would also like you to know I gave them three phone #'s that I could be gotten a hold of by: Home, work, and cell. And times and places. If and when they returned my calls it was to my home. And when they did reply it was mostly when I was at work.
