They owe me $7,000

I purchase a solar Hot water heater from them in December for $13,900 which they told me they would give me $3,417 in payment the first year towards my loan I had to take. Which after the first month they did not do so they said they would pay me in full and would submit me the check in a week that was in January, called in Febraury and March and got the same run around that the check will be in the mail in a week. But never got it also they were to submit to SRP the Utility company proof of installation so I can get the Rebate from them of $2500 which I can not do they have to do. I would of never of purchase this from this company if they didnt promis me it would only cost $4500 total which in fact is has cost me $14,417 with a 15% interest rate I never got any rebate or the money they promised me. I cant reach them and their phone is disconnected so is the website.

I need help I am a single mother whom got scammed by a company that FOX new promoted that is the reason I went with them I though they were legit.

I would at least expet them to refund me what they promissed and file the paperwork with SRP so I can get my $7000 back.
