Wayne Shapiro you pay money up front, submit rebate form for money back, they sent back rebate 1st and 2nd month, then stopped, did not make profit of 210.00 as promised, scammed of initial investment

You pay them money to purchase what is called a discount gas card. You are sent 6 rebate forms which you have to mail in each month with your gas purchase receipt. They are supposed to mail back to you a monthly check for your rebate on your gasoline purchase, ex. If you pay them $150.00, you are supposed to receive back $60.00 a month for 6 months, =$360.00. You already paid them $150.00, so you are supposed to profit $210.00. I bought in, the first 2 months checks came on time, the third month did not, and nothing after that. I called them a dozen times and talked to someone and actually talked to a man who said he was Wayne Shapiro, who promised the checks would start coming. Nothing received, so, I was ripped off of $40.00. I actually paid in a total of $190.00 and received back a total of $150.00.
