Horrible Customer Service

Greenovated sold us a solar pacakage and promised us 100 CFL lightbulbs, they would make all payments for the first year, or rebate us an additional $1100 in addition to the state and federal rebates we qualified for. We purchased in October. We have yet to receive the light bulbs or rebate. I have called at least ten times call to inquire about the status of my rebate, each time the manager is "out of the office" or a similar excuse. Each person I spoke with said they would get back to me when they learned more, and then would hang up the phone before taking down my information.
