I was mislead into buying a solar water heater, energy package from this company with the understanding of savings on my FPL energy bill. Average bill=$200/month and would save average $80/month from this energy package. Am seeing no results on my bill of such savings that can be attributed to this purchase. The co. Got me to finance the purchase with a co they suggested so I wouldn't have to pay for 1 year and no interest either if paid in full when due in one year. I have sent letters to the co. And had an attorney write to the co that their product they sold me does not do what they told me it would do. I want them to take away all their stuff and give me back a standard water heater as I had and refund me the money that I still owe. I have been doing balance transfers to not owe this amount and only pay the minimum each month. The system has cost me even more with upkeep over the years.=Very bad situation!
