Replacement rug substituted without notice and discount withdrawn

I purchased a rug and installation from NFD after they honored the best price. However, when they showed up on the day of installation, it was not the same rug or color I had ordered. When I called to inquire about the change, they told me my order was out of stock and replaced it with a better rug of similar color (if you're color blind, maybe). That is hard for me to believe since no one from NFD had even called to notify me. The installer even told me the replacement rug was not as nice as the one originally ordered. Before I canceled the order and declined their additional 10% discount, NFD told me they could show up the next day with the original rug ordered without the 10% discount! Now, if the replacement rug was a better rug than what I had originally ordered, why wouldn't they honor the 10% discount??!!! The installers told me this was a frequent occurrence. I'm sure NFD gets away with this more times than not! Good ole "bait and switch."
