I hope you have plenty of blankets and heaters when dealing with these people. Sears came out Monday to repair one of THEIR heaters and said that I need 3 parts which will be shipped to my home within the week. Then he said that they will be back on Monday OR Tuesday to install them. I do not understand why it would take over a week to finally get the heater working properly when the parts could have easily been expedited.in the meantime, temperatures are at a low of 28 degrees. I guess it isn't their problem or concern that my family have to walk around fully clothed and covered trying to keep from freezing to death. You have got to be kidding me! Please don't waste your time with these guys!!
