We took him to Arbitration with the State contractors board armed with field tests that TexCote kindly provided us. Not only did we get all our money refunded but additional monies awarded for damage to the house surface.

I do not recommend this company! Leonard's coatings and windows, Sonny Leonard Remodeling, Cal-State Remodeling,
Whatever name they are using these days! Come by and see for yourself.

The positive reviews here are bogus!
