Sears Kenmore Washer reviews - Customer Service/Repairs

I purchased a Kenmore washer on Sept. The top dial failed on Oct so I had it serviced. The same dial failed on March. I called and they replaced it again. I asked if it could be swapped since this was a reoccuring issue and I feared it will fail again. They stated that the issue was resolved and I should have no concerns.
In Sept if failed again. This time it is out of warranty by 1 month.

I have called many time to request them to address this repetivite issue with the same part failing. They are refusing to do anything except to state the part is not on a recall or mention that they would have replaced the washer if I asked in March, which I did.

Everything else seems to be very good eexcept the dial. I wish they would fix this issue
