Washer Not Fixed After Seven Technician Visits in Four Months

Bought a new Kenmore Washer from Sears approximately 2-3 years ago. Bought a Warranty
that covers EVERYTHING.

Have had trouble the last 4 months with the washer. Have had a minimum of 7 Technicians attempt to fix my washer and pretty much every major part has been replaced and yet, no one has fixed it correctly.

Sears just wants to keep sending out technicians and they say they can't do anything for me other than that. I want my washer replaced with a new one, not a refurbished machine.
