We have a Kenmore Front Load washer. Only 2years old. Starting having problems. Finally called Sears. They

Are Mid Calif. Sercie Dist. Came out
1/14. Repair guy order part and
1/22 another guy came out said

They ordered wrong part. Order again apt. Set for 2/3 1-5PM. No one called to tell us the apt was cancelled. Finally called them. With one answers other than part was back ordered won't be here until 2/15.. I have to wait
a month without a washer. I am mad. Can't seem to get any answers..
