No show! Then said they didn't even have a record of my appointment!

It is seriously NOT COOL to make people potentially take a day off work, and potentially lose hundreds in income, for an appointment you can't keep.

Kelly set up an appointment with me last Friday, April 29th, at approximately 2PM.

Initially she called (1:29PM from 703-921-5024, according to our caller id), I was in the yard and didn't hear it, then she called my wife, then I came in and called her back around 2PM.

We spoke, made an appointment, I put it on my google calendar, in my personal notes, and in my email to my wife.

They never showed.

I just got off the phone with a nice woman who was working late today - she said they had no record of it whatsoever.

This is for an AHSWarranty-related repair. They recommended this company, but I will not allow them to recommend them in the future, and submitted an internal complaint with AHSWarranty about this company. They should not be recommending a company if it can't be bothered to show up.

The only sensible thing to do here would be to send someone to my house TOMORROW, ASAP, and to waive my $60 service fee. McCarthy messed up. Not me.
