I rented a 1.5 bedroom from these 2 con artists in Lawrenceville just so i could be closer to work. The initial meeting with Joe Edelstein was all smiles and sweet talk but trust me, he's far from being a professional guy.
I endured a year of paying $1200 a month for an apartment that constantly had things wrong with it. I think he wanted me out so he could raise the rent. I am still fighting to be refunded my security deposit because he blamed me for things that were already broken and were promised to be fixed.
Do not rent from these unprofessional people! You will regret it!!!
