Do not rent an apartment from this woman. She is rude, makes personal attacks and very unreasonable

Elinor Wyman is not a good business operator. I rented a unit from her for 2 years and during that time she was somewhat reasonable but when she was notified of things in the unit not working properly she just said that I was going to have to put up with it. At other times she was helpful and fixed small things in the aging apartment. The thing that upset me was that I had to put up with many things wrong with the apartment and upon leaving the apartment she asked me to pay to fix those things when they were already messed up.

I attempted to walk through the apartment at the point of release of the apartment back into her full ownership, she denied me the opportunity, only to find that she took 25% of my security deposit that should have been returned to me and my wife. This woman is dishonest and is not a good business operator. I strongly urge any potential renters to look else where.
