Even after four month time, the work is still incomplete

The contractor neither completed the building work or displaying any curiosity to accomplish the job after one and half-year. I advised the contractor several events and all my attempts were in vain. On each events, he's discovering various reasons.

After a lot of reminders, there's any improvement about the function. The job is dead slow. The final day he guaranteed to provide the ownership was July 15. Despite four-month period, the job continues to be imperfect.
