Wouldn't recognize guarantee on 2-day old water heate

I bought a Whirlpool hot water heater using the Fire Lock Security Program on 6/4. While adding the water heater the cold-water tube wouldn't mess in to the the surface of the hot water heater. I traded this hot water heater to get a fresh hot water heater of the exact same create and design. I introduced this hot water heater house and had it mounted and realized that the fire about the burner was red and excessive.
