Terrible order complaints

I am so frustrated with sears basically I ordered some cloths from sears after they sent me a 15 dollar of coupon over the internet after i ordered something the previous week I ordered 5 items two items came and on was not avalible a couple days later the other part to my order was suppose to come on dec 15 it was two dresses one i was going to wear on new years so I open the box and there is an xxx large mens fleece hoodie instead of my dresses so I call sears to try and resovle this because I was leaving out of town for the holidays on dec 20 so I called and the first person I got told me to take my paper work up to my local sears store and the hoodie and I would recive a refund it seemed simple enough so I go up there and I am told they can not give me a refund I have to have ups come and pick it up and she called and got it arranged for me so I waited and no ups so I called again a few days later and got another lady that was helpful and again said she was going to send a lable through ups so I could send the item back I informed her I would be leaving out of town on the 20th of dec she said they would come and pick it up before I had to leave and they never came so once I was out of town on dec 24 they sent me a mess on my email that they would come pick up the box with this hoodie in it the problem though is I was not home for them to pick it up I was out of town so the ups guy came and since I was out of town he did not get the box so when I got back in town I called ups to come and get the box and they said sears needed to send out another permission for them to get the box so I called sears where I talked to yet another person that did not understand a word I was saying and I then had to ask for a supervisor that did not listen to a word I was saying and then finally about after 35 min on the phone she says oh you just us to send out permission for ups to pick up the box and I was so happy she finally got it I was like yes thats it so she told me ups would be there in a couple of days to pick up the box so I COULD IN TURN RECIEVE A REFUND FOR DRESSES I NEVER GOT SO BASICALLY SEARS STOLE MY MONEY so I wait and wait and wait and ups never comes I called sears again where I asked to speak with a supervisor and was left on hold for 15 min and got frustrated and hung up so now I am here on jan 26 with the same sears-kmart hoodie no dresses and I am out 64.98 plus tax you guys suck and I will never let you steal my money again or buy something from you guy since wops it is the same thing I am looking into options to see what other reports I can file to get my money back maybe a police report I dont know
