Took order and money won't delive

I shouldn't have to do any canceling or re-orders or except substitutes!!! I ordered it, my money was taken, Sears accepted my money.

Sears messed up order,

Rock Springs Sears says it can't order it but anyone else can order it and pick it up there. Then Rock Springs Sears wanted to give me a floor display model.

After making 3 calls to customer service, 2 that hardly understood English,

The 3rd called Rock Springs Sears to see what the problem was. She came back and told me that it wasn't a display model, that they are shipped without containers! Now my intelligence is being insulted. After that I found number for Executive customer service and waited couple days for her to get back to me only to say to do what you stated and she would give me gift card for $25.

Bottom line is CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE PROBLEM!!! And making something simple hard. Why do I have to point out the ovbiuos.

The air compress is still being made and sold by Sears!!! Ship one to the Rock Springs store that has never been opened or retaped

And my son will pick it up. Pretty simple.

I have wasted many hours talking on the phone and on the computer trying to get this resolved.

I will never buy anything from Sears again and will let everyone on facebook know how Sears treats customers.
