On march i ordered a broil element for a whirlpool stove and here is the online live chat to order:
But you sent the bottom, what is it with you, that you do not understand your product? You sent the wrong piece, now please fix your mistake

8:27: 56 AM [V] they make a bottom and top
8:28: 20 AM [Jessica] This is the bake element that you requested, the top element is the broil element.
8:28: 31 AM [V] yes broil

I ordered the broil top one element and they sent me the bake bottom element, and refused to credit me and pay for shipping back, this is the 2nd time in 5 years that this company have done this,
then she wrote this:
Good Afternoon,
Per my previous emails we will not be covering the return shipping charge as you were informed of the correct part in our chat conversation.

now i am stuck without a working oven and out the money
