Repair Technician Praised for Punctual, Thorough Zero Turn Mower Service

The service tech I D # 0008185 was on time in a great mood and explained everything I needed to know about my repair. He worked the whole time he was here "no goofing off time" and he knew what he was doing. (I have had some service tecs that were not as knowledgeable as this tech. All work was completed to my satisfaction and I told the tech he did not have to clean up after he was done as I would get it but he insisted. Great Job!!! I was very pleased. Thanks Sears you need to keep this guy around!!!
