Very Racist and Rude Landlord/Rente

This landlord and her son are very rude and racist. During the time my wife and I lived at the rental property, it was a huge headache. First, she did not mention there was only one gas meter. There are two houses on the property, a small one in the back and a front house (main house). We lived in the main house. We ended up having to pay for the gas in the back house.

She explained she would take care of it and put the gas in her name. She never did! Then she tried saying we weren't paying our PG&E and trying to get into our accounts when we were paying our bill on time.in fact, it was the guy in the back house who was not paying his bill. Every time my wife (a Hispanic) tried telling her and after several calls to the PG&E, she would not listen, saying my wifes kind is known for not paying their bills. She kept trying to say our PG&E was going to be cut off. It never was because we were paying for the right meter!

She has screamed at my wife on the phone several occasions.
