Anna Boardman told sob story (sick child) to remain squatting in a rental house for which she filled out no application and paid no deposit. She destroyed the house and yard. Dogs lived in the house. Feces and other waste discovered in property. Anna Boardman and her boyfriend Bryce Marshall conducted a fraud in August to avoid paying rent and utilities to avoid legal action while the plotted their escape from town. They left a $900 unpaid gas bill, a $258 unpaid water bill and ripped off a local church for 7 months of rent. The house in question is located in Ogden, Utah.in a series of texts, Bryce Marshall promised to pay off the utilities, pay back rent to keep the owner at bay while Anna planned her departure from Utah.
