Ripoff

I signed up for a free trial membership with AOL, I was lead to believe that if I cancelled my free membership before the end of the free trial period, I would not be charged for anything. Approximately 2-3 weeks before my free trial was to end, I Called in my cancellation. I was gave a run around, and they still did not cancelle my account with them. This has been going on for 2 years, just noticed they took out $79.99 this past week out of my checking account. Tried calling them but no one ever picked up.
