Fake, deceive, crooks, they should NOT be in business

I have 2 policies with them (MI, TN homes) total $878 in 8. * Their toll free # 877-236-9660 is out of service, the other Tel 302-566-5312 you get a message, you don't talk to a live agent at all!!! * they ask you to email your claim but they hardly answer you at all, and when they answer it takes them few days to email me back. * I had to fix the heat in my TN home in Dec, and I paid $166 out of my pocket, till now they did not pay me back although I sent them the receipt.

*I have a leaking hot water tank in my basement in MI, they sent me a plumber that I paid him$ 45 service call as per agreement, he said that I need a new hot water tank, he tried to call them, no answer, I sent them an email with the plumber receipt, they answered me asking for water tank maintenance papers!!! The plumber said that is a stupid joke, since no such thing, and they are refusing to pay, so this company will give anyone the run-a-round and they are crooks, thieves and should not be in business
