Just Tires
Beware

I bought 4 new tires from Just Tires located at 18101 Saticoy St. Reseda, CA 91335 yesterday 7/21/08, just to find out that all 4 of my original tire caps was replaced by a plastic one.

I went back today to complain & inform the manager "Avo Khano" about the incident, guess what his reaction was? You came back just for the tire caps? * yeah! It's just a tire cap, what else does you branch steal from your customers?

His excuse..."we change tire caps since its old". Freaking liar! Just Tires replaces parts for free? From metal to plastic? Why did they not inform the customer or ask permission if they want it replaced?

So moral lesson... Beware!!
