Poor service twice at two locations

I brought my vehicle in TODAY 2/16 for 4 (four) tires and an alignment. The keys were handed off to a service rep at 15:23 local time. I gave the service rep my cell number and my home was listed in the system. I was told 1 hour and 30 minutes max. I waited 2 hours in the customer waiting room before I decided to look in the lot for my vehicle. There it was, and had been for about 40 minutes. The front of the car was cold to touch, so I knew it had been there for some time.

When I asked the service rep at what point was someone going to walk into the room and tell me my car is ready? This is the SECOND time this has happened at a NTB for me, and at a SECOND location. The location at Hoffman Estates is also notorious for not getting back to customers, where I wait for my vehicle a total of 3 hours and 30 minutes. The service reps at both locations had the only excuse of being on a conference call, and were unaware of the progress of my vehicle.

At both locations, I found the service reps taking customers for 10 or 15 minutes before I approached and asked when someone was going to let me know my car was ready. He apologized, and gave me about 40 dollars off the total cost. Myself, my family, and my friends are now boycotting Tire Kingdom and all it's subsidiaries. This chain, and all its partners and parents, has the collective attention span of a 4 year old.

DO NOT VISIT ANY TIRE KINGDOM, NTB, OR ANY SUBSIDIARY/PARENT COMPANY. Really, have your home mechanic do any work you can get to them. Your money will go farther in your own community, and you'll save the hassle of corporate customer service lines, even if they are open 24/7/365.

Rediculous.
