Charged me twice

They washed the pipes in my own house on October. Billed 580.75. Subsequently included an additional $29, and $15 to my charge card. I fixed that component out, however now I discovered out they charged my charge card on January 17th to get a further $595.75. They do not answer their telephone. G. E charge card company claims they can't support me; which I ought to contact the organization. Given that they do not return some of my telephone calls, I am type of stuck. Horrible therapy.
