Wrong charges

I created one telephone call in the airport in Indonesia, Philippines to Sydney, Australia. An owner explained that my CREDIT bank card wouldn't function and thus utilized my charge card alternatively, today I've costs on both, I sent subsequently to obtain it fixed and today they've set additional costs on my charge card for calls that I really could not need perhaps created. I've needed to place a stop on my charge card until this entire issues forms itself out. It has ended up to be always a really demanding period for just one brief telephone all to house.
