Trying to scam me and harrassing phone calls

I've been receiving calls continuosly out of this organization but with various telephone numbers (because it seems on my television), often after I attempt to reply they hang-up. Nevertheless, today I responded and was informed I got a web-based study from Walmart/KMart and gained a $50 gift certificate and explained it'd be considered a $9.99 cost and which charge card did I believe was the very best. Subsequently, I recognized this can be a fraud and hung-up and discovered additional grievances using the PC about that organization. It concerns me they have my telephone number. Anything must be achieved about that organization. I really attempted to contact the amount back however it does not ring.
