Did Not Ship Ordered and paid for Part

These guys are complete pieces of you know what ($#! ^). I wished I had looked them up as they do nothing but rip you off.
I ordered a new double sprocket and it shows as being shipped on January 24th but here it is February 9th and I have received nothing. Plus when you check the shipping status on their website, it shows nothing.
I called and No Answers but a Fricken Dumbass phone message that the mailbox is full for this individual. Sent Emails and to no avail. No Response form these Jackasses.
Someone needs to shut this site down so others don't get the same treatment (RIPPED OFF)
