No description for shipping, shipped without essential part, ripoff

Parts411.com shipped me a battery. Check out their battery section. Nowhere does it say that the batteries are shipped dry. They shipped without the electrolyte pack. I called and wanted one shipped for free (cheap part) since I spent a lot of money on the shipping of the battery. They claim they can't Ship electrolytes. Check out "electrolyte packs" on their website. They do Ship. Then they claimed that ups does not ship them. I checked with ups, ups does ship. Do not do business with this company. Go to other motorcycle retailers, and stores. The extra dollar it may cost for a part will be worth good customer service, and probably cheaper shipping.
